Better OMEdit support for editing large string bindings for parameters or constants

Description
Sometimes string parameters or constants have a large string binding.
For these the user should be able to click on a button and get a larger
text editor window (that can be resized) instead of just a one line text area.

Releasing 1.14.0 which is stable and has many improvements w.r.t. 1.13.2. This issue is rescheduled to 1.16.0
