OMEdit: bug: positions of elements in protected section are not saved properly

Description

Bug: Component positions in the protected section are not saved properly in OMEdit.

1.) Open the provided example
2.) Move the ground symbol using drag&drop in the Diagram View
3.) Save the file using [control] + [s]
4.) unload the model
5.) open the file again

Result: The ground symbol is at its old position. The annotation (the wire) is flapping in the breeze...
