OMEdit: improve duplicate: main issue: create separate file

Description
Issue 1:
The duplicate option is missing an option to specify that the new class is saved in a new file. It seems that the option Encapsulated is set by default.
Issue 2:
The Path field should be set to a default value which is given by the current selected item in the Library Browser.
Issue 3:
The Path field is very narrow. Unfortunatally, the size of the dialog is not saved by the "preserve User's GUI customization" - see #4348

This was fixed in #4547.
Issue 3:

Issue 1 is now fixed in 691dfe4/OMEdit.
Today I almost forgot the issues with duplicate and scrambled up my whole library again...
So when can this ticket be fixed (main issue: create a separate file)? Thanks!
