The Crash Report feature doesn't work

Description

I've tried many times in the last few months to use the Crash Report feature (the last time being when I reported #4687, but when I finally click on Send Report, the reporting never ends even after 10 minutes or so. Eventually, I need to kill the process.

Am I the only one to experience this problem? Are we actually receiving crash reports from anybody?

I was able to submit crash reports from Ubuntu 16.04 and also received answers

I could also send crash reports from Windows.
We do get 2-3 crash reports per day at least so it does seem to work fine.

Can you try it now? I guess it should work after ce5afa2/OMEdit.
