Only put root package files in OMEdit history

Description
If you open a Modelica library spread over multiple files and inspect many of them, next time you open OMEdit, all the individual files show up in the "Recent Files" list. Unfortunately:
- those who are not the root files of the package cannot be opened, so they are useless
- in fact, they displace the useful ones, which are thrown out of the list
This behaviour has popped up recently, though I cannot say exactly when

I am marking this as a blocker. It is a minor issue, but it is very annoying for regular users, and it didn't use to be like this in 1.12.0
