There are some remaining issues with diffModelicaListings which cause OMEdit to apply unwanted modifications to the source code.

I collected all the relevant tickets here: #3424, #3567, #4781, #5276, #5644.

Ideally we should fix them for 1.14.0, or in some further bug-fix release.
