Elements which have been inserted can't be deleted anymore

Description
When I create a new .ssp project and insert elements (e.g. connectors), I can't remove them using del afterwards.
Same problem with any other component.
I accidently created an Input named (Output1) -> changing Input to Output is not possible afterwards. Then i tried to delete this connector which was not possible.
