Migrate this Trac to Github

Description
We should migrate the Trac to github. That is issues, milestones, components.
The PRs we have now in Github are reaching close to 1000 so it would be good to do this asap as the tickets 146-1000 in Trac are dummy tickets. The tickets 1-146 can be moved after the last ticket, #6006 currently.
I suggest we bring this up in the OSMC board meeting.
There are some migrator tools available that we might be able to use.

Sounds good. We already did it with the MSL and it worked well. We still have about 40 slots before we reach 1000.
