Description
In OMEdit context menu items "Bring to Front", "Bring Forward", "Send to Back"; "Send Forward" are greyed and cannot be used neither in icon nor in diagram view.
Tested with dev-648
I propose critical priority, since the functionality must be there, probably it is just disabled for some reason, and is easy to re-activate by 1.16 release date.
