Description
When I change the Gnome theme in Fedora to dark theme, OMEdit becomes black and unusable. When I change Gnome back to a light theme, it gets OK again.
The same effect is not seen in Ubuntu however. I use Fedora 33 (Xorg)

Retargeted to 1.18.0 because of 1.17.0 timed release.

Guessing its because we don't force any style and use the system default. Maybe we should have a setting for it which is set to
system
by default. I will investigate more about it.
