Test:
​https://github.com/OpenModelica/OpenModelica-testsuite/blob/master/openmodelica/cppruntime/fmu/modelExchange/2.0/testModelDescription.mos

uses name SID which is defined in the windows header already which gives errors:
​https://test.openmodelica.org/hudson/job/OM_Win/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/openmodelica_cppruntime_fmu_modelExchange_2/0/testModelDescription_mos/

I wonder if is possible to avoid name clashes with the common headers.
